Job Description:.
Technical developer with expert level skills in SharePoint capabilities, specifically SP2010. Expertise in developing new and existing functionality of Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010 into professional, compelling collaboration, knowledge-sharing portal and knowledge database. Ability to bring knowledge and expertise to bear on project deliverables. Also responsible for the daily operational support of the WSS, MOSS, .Net and other SharePoint Applications in accordance with Dell technology standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• In depth Applications development experience including design, coding, testing, and implementation
• Strong experience in Internet, data warehousing and web services implementation
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets.
• Ability to establish and meet multiple project timelines and deliverables
• Ability to analyze business requirements and advise executive management on options for operational improvement.
• Use broad range of factors, assumptions, frameworks and perspectives when solving problems and making decisions in a disciplined and systematic fashion.
• Demonstrated advanced experience in MOSS scripting and a good understanding of the MOSS object model.
• Demonstrated experience in MOSS SSP, search configuration, InfoPath forms. BDC and advanced knowledge of Microsoft IIS.
• Experience in building SharePoint sites and setting up workflows; experience with design, development and deployment of web parts; experience in the installation, setup and troubleshooting on MOSS 2007, WSS, .Net and other SharePoint technologies.
• Experience in designing multi-tier web-based solutions on the Microsoft .NET platform, along with solid understanding of the MOSS security model.
• Experience in the implementation and support of complex .Net and SharePoint architectures with demonstrated and proven functional knowledge of current and recent Microsoft Server operating systems in a multi-tiered environment.
• Relational Database Experience in SQL Server delivering database-based Web pages, data modeling and design, SQL language skills including design of event triggers and stored procedures
• Microsoft Reporting Services experience preferred
• Web Technologies: HTML/DHTML/XHTML/XML, XSLT, JavaScript, VBScript, CSS, ASP, .NET, Web Services
• Programming/Scripting Languages: .NET, C#
