Job Title: Systems Analyst

Systems Analyst Advanced

Role Responsibilities:

Perform analysis of multiple areas within the NASCO Processing System such as Claims, Benefits and any other hard coded systems areas identified by project lead.
Results of analysis will be documented in CSRs.
Technical requirements, test plans and test claims will be prepared in support of requested changes.
Test execution as well as documentation of results will be required.


Skills/Qualifications:

NASCO claims experience preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years of Healthcare experience preferred.
Previous experience preparing written requirements, test plans, project deliverables required.
Knowledge of BCBSM operating systems preferred.
General understanding of project phases.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills required.
High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Successful completion of Microsoft Office Suite training preferred.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail required.
Strong creative problem solving skills required.
Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group, required.
Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes required
Ability to interact effectively with BCBSM representatives at various levels required.
Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results required.
