Interview Process: F2F
Sr Java Developer:
- Senior developer with at least 5 years of hard core Java.
- core webapp tech - Servlets, JSP, JSTL, XML api's and processing.
- deep with one or more webapp frameworks - Struts, Grails, Lift, Spring Web Flow...
- core HTML tech - xhtml, css, javascript.
- one or more javascript/ajax libraries – jquery (preferred), prototype/scriptaculous, yui, etc...
- prefer ORM experience, particularly JPA and Hibernate.
- prefer multithreaded experience.
- prefer strong Oracle sql experience
- prefer some experience with NoSQL
- Experience with distributed applications.
- Service Oriented development, particularly REST/XML-over-HTTP/JSON.
- prefer experience with additional apis/protocols - soap, JAX-RS, etc.
- prefer raw socket communication experience.
- Experience working in a very agile/iterative environment.
- you love using many open source libraries and tools
- prefer experience with Eclipse, SVN, Atlassian tools
- prefer experience in large project development: code branches, merging, etc.
- Experience and comfortable working in a polyglot environment.
- more than one of; java, javascript, xml, ant, sql, unix shell, groovy, scala, etc.
- Strong Object Oriented design skills and design pattern experience.
- Mobile app dev experience is a plus
- Must have solid analytical skills.
- Able to work very independently within a team.
