DBA DB2 (Windows (LUW) DBA with Mainframe Experience)
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 6 months+
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
1. The DBA DB2 is responsible for
2. Performance tuning of the DB2 Database.
3. Overall responsibility for the Database Migration (Mainframe DB2 to Windows DB2)
4. Provide road map for Migration Planning and Implementation
5. Testing of Database Migration activities
6. Configuration of Database Server (Windows Server)
7. Clustering of DB2
8. Planning and Installation Of HADR (High Availability Disaster Recovery)
9. Good understanding of SAN.
10. Installation of DB2 Connect and OTG.
11. Connecting Database to the Power Builder UI.
12. Weekly progress reports updates to key stakeholders, Wipro Management.
