6 month project to upgrade an existing application from Java 1.5 to Java 1.6 and Tomcat 7 and The current application is Java with Linux, on an Oracle DB with Flex on the front-end. This will be an upgrade project.

Anyone who has done an upgrade. Meet at least 2-3 out of 4 from these experience
- from Java 1.5 to 1.6
- from Tomcat 5.0 to 7
- from Servlet 2.4 to 3.0
- from JSP 2.0 to JSP 2.2

Emphasis on the Java 1.5 to 1.6 upgrade and taking advantage of their new functionality .
