We have this J2EE/Flex Technical Lead position.
Technical Lead
Senior J2EE Technical lead with at least 8 yrs experience in enterprise projects.
Location: Denver, CO
Core Skills Needed
• Knowledge of Core J2EE concepts
• Knowledge of Spring which include Spring IOC, Spring Core
• Knowledge of Hibernate ORM framework
• Knowledge of Adobe Flex UI – Does NOT have to be a rock star – Flex controls, BlazeDS
• Should have worked with Offshore teams and understands interaction/challenges
• Should understand XML technologies like XSD, XML Parsing
Nice To Haves
• Working knowledge of Eclipse IDE, Ant and Maven.
• Should understand and perform code reviews, integration builds and deployments
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Should have worked with at least one of the following J2EE servers Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, Jboss, Glassfish
• Should have implemented Web Services using SOAP or REST over HTTP
