manjunath.asodu: Strong WebSphere Administration hands on experience in large Enterprise computing environment under AIX, Unix, Clustered

environment.

Working closely with manager base on WAS specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex

WAS pre-production and production environment.

- Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems.

Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of WAS Administration activities

- Monitor production application and system execution for expected performance

- Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for WAS

- May customize purchased applications, and assists in maintaining program and technical manuals

Experience using Shell Scripting in a UNIX/AIX environment

manjunath.asodu: Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills on production and pre-production WebSphere Environment
