Must have very strong TIBCO EMS background. This is the largest Tibco EMS environment in country
Need to have strong understanding of destination properties, and what they are.
Need to have strong EMS Tuning experience.
Need to have strong scripting experience
Must have defined Topics/Queues.
Must have performed messaging design and configuration of EMS on at least 5 projects.
Projects should have been of significant scope and size – Multiple topics/queues/Routes/Bridges.
Must have had to conduct capacity planning for the project.
Must have designed a fault tolerant (active/active and active/passive) implementation model for EMS instances
