Title:QA - Load Runner

Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 3-6+months

The Job Description is as follows:

-->Performance Engineering(L2)-Experience in authoring the library files for Performance Testing and improve reusability Experience in setting up the Performance Test Environment Good Experience in doing Test Estimation

-->Testing Concepts(L3)-Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

-->Automated Testing(L2)-Understand the Test Automation Concepts; Understand test automation tools applicable;  Able to run the automated test scripts for different scenarios and strategy. Implements and executes automation test scripts. Establishes, modify tracking and risk. Provide Daily and weekly Status report to the test lead on t

-->LoadRunner(L3)-Experience in LoadRunner Diagnostics Tool to identify bottlenecks at various application layers (includes Deep Diagnostic Tools, SiteScope or Interscope)

Position #2:

Title:Performance Test Analyst

Work location: Hoffman Estates, IL

Duration: 2 +months

JOB DUTIES

Understand the overall Architecture of the GCAS, EDGE, Force and their integration with other systems.

Work closely with Business, Developers and other stake holders to understand and come up with exact non function requirements/ Performance requirements which are in line with overall performance requirements by business.

Study production environment for existing performance issues and include them appropriately in performance testing scope

Define final scope for performance testing and get an agreement from stake holders. Request Performance testing team to plan and schedule tests as per the finalized scope

Monitor systems during performance test executions for potential performance issue, configuration or tuning issues and work with environment support, developers, database engineers to fix them

Analyze the performance testing result and recommend performance improvements.

work closely with developers, database and env support resource to important improvements

Request retests by performance testing teams to validate improvements

EXPERTISE

Strong experience working with Java/J2ee applications. Excellent understating on performance issues in Java/J2ee based architecture. Telecom background, experience working with Tier1 Telco and specializes in OSS-BSS products and solutions.

Very good understating on Non functional requirements, hands on experience in gathering NFRs/Performance specifications for medium to complex systems

Good understating on monitoring tools such as Wily Introscope, BMC, etc, experience in analyzing monitoring reports , should come up with predictive performance analysis

Understand the Performance engineering  methodologies and Best practices.

Understand and have experience in Defect Management tools like QC , Application support/PR Tools like BMC Remedy.

Understand the application development  methodologies and Best practices

Position #3:

Title:QA with .NET

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: 3-6+months
