Skills required:
Qualification
3-4 years of related requirements/analysis experience *
Ability to document business processes *
Ability to translate high level business requirements into functional and system requirements *
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field * Yes
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) *
Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) *
FNM and Financial Industry experience desired *
Knowledge of requirement tools, such as Rational Requisite Pro *
Strong analytical skills *
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases *
