Job Title:  Cognos Developer
Location: Charleston, WV
Duration: 1 year

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have minimum three years of Cognos experience
Must have minimum three years of relevant Oracle OWB and PL/SQL.  We can substitute experience on ETL platforms such as Informatica or Data Stage for OWB experience but the person must have a

strong PL/SQL background for us to consider
Load staging tables from mainframe flat file extracts
Create Mappings and Transformation logic for data loads to dimensional models
Hands on experience creating materialized views in Oracle
Effective verbal and written communication skills – Communication is key as we are a very small team. 

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts including dimensional data modeling
Create ETL scripts and mappings for Integrated Eligibility Data Warehouse.  Develop Cognos FM, reports and dashboards.
