Position: Customer-Service Data Analyst

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Duration: Long Term Contract

Summary:

Support IT delivery support teams pertaining to SharePoint data and site ownership/content. Data inventory utilizing set parameters and discussion points.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create reports based on the needs of the end-user. Gather, analyze, and normalize relevant information related to and from business processes, functions, and operations in order to evaluate data credibility, and determine ownership and content type. Provides support to the business in the delivery of reporting needs. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:

·         Associate degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 - 3 yrs

Skills:

·         Familiarity with SharePoint (SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms, lists and libraries).

·         Content administrator skills.

·         Strong attention to detail and strong data-entry skills.

·         Data Analysis and Reporting Skills.

·         The ability to handle highly sensitive information with data privacy issues with professionalism.

·         High level of communication.

·         Ability to work well within dynamic team environment.

·         Ability to take direction and work in fast-paced environment.

·         Understands appropriate procedures, policies, practices, systems and regulations.

·         Demonstrates business and organizational acumen of disciplines and client function.

·         Recognized for technical/ functional abilities.
