Our client is looking for a Software QA Engineer. I am forwarding the requirement  please go through it and let me know your availability and interest.

Position: Software QA Engineer

Location: Cambridge, MA

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Requirements:

·         Committed, hardworking, dependable team player.

·         Some experience with software development or software QA.

·         Good interpersonal skills.

·         Comfortable in a fun, laid-back environment.

Any of the following a plus:

·         Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, mathematics, or in the physical sciences.

·         3-5 years of relevant experience.

·         Background in usability and quality assurance for Java web and desktop applications.

·         Experience using automated testing tools.

·         Eye for good UI design.

·         Able to punish our applications with a barrage of automated and manual tests that will ensure a quality product.

·         Experience with Load Runner.

·         Experience with QTP.

·         Strong familiarity with website software architecture and testing best practices.

·         Experience testing large web applications.

·         Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent code releases.

·         Ability to clearly report problems and provide risk assessments to development team.

·         Ability to develop and publish software quality assurance guidelines, including workflow requirements for software development.

·         Ability to manage the workflow of all testing and quality assurance activities.
