We need a Senior Siperian MDM Consultant

 

Role:  Senior Siperian MDM Consultant

Location: Bloomfield, NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

 

Client has there HR system implemented using Siperian MDM to manage common HR master data globally. The application is named as e-HR MDM and it serves as a source of employee information for a wide variety of internal and external systems.

 

HR data includes New Hire, Transfer, Termination, Promotion, Demotion, System modification and correction/change. All HR data comes from different sources through different interfaces.

 

Each interface feeds data into MDM system after validating them through complex business rules.

 

MDM Siperian support analyst needs to work at client site alongside with client analyst to handle day to day issues reported by users and also work on enhancement/change request as per predefined SLA.

 

Resource should apply company policies and procedures to resolve the variety of issues.

 

Understands service request requirements and the business objectives and tactics represented in the requests

 

Resource should have strong knowledge and experience on MDM Tool - Siperian XT - product like Hub, IDD, Hierarchy Manager and SIF, Database Oracle 9i, Good knowledge of Unix scripting, Good understanding of MDM and data governance concepts.

 

Desired to have knowledge of SAP RFC JCO Connections, Java, J2EE Application, JSP, Hibernate, Struts Framework and Application Server - Websphere and Tomcat

 

*******MDM Siperian 2-3 years of hands on working experience, along with strong PL/SQL and UNIX scripting knowledge********
