- Around 7 - 8 years of IT experience
- Good communication skills.
Ability to capture / translate business requirements to IT requirements using formal methodologies like Usecases, sequence diagram
- Detailed Design of Web applications using MVC Model
- Good knowledge on design patterns (practical experience preferred)
- Excellent understanding of Class level modeling
- Good exposure to integration technologies using messaging, service orientation etc
You can filter candidates by well-known certifications like Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA) which is for design / architecture
