Role: Java Developer
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: 1 year
Positions: 25
Technical/Functional Skills:
Good Leadership, Communication, ability to drive initiative, self-motivated, ability to build relationship with various stakeholders, Accountable and Resourceful – to be able to find answers or help
Experience Required on:
Experience of at least 2-3 Java/J2EE projects
Experience of leading at least 2 projects from end to end with onsite Offshore delivery model
Experience on Core Java, JSF, EJB, AJAX, Web sphere application server, DB2
Experience in performance improvement, optimization of code or refactoring of code
Experience in creating technical solutions during different phases of application development
Responsibilities:
Should be an individual contributor with excellent hands on in coding and debugging
Should be able to lead and mentor a team of 8-10 people (offshore team)
Should be able to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
Should be able to work on production issues and adhere to SLA's
Should be comfortable working with offshore in different time zones
If required code independently and solve technical problems
