Duration:1year+

 

·         services of a SharePoint .NET developer with a minimum of 5 years hands on experience with Microsoft .Net framework and SharePoint API and web services calls with foundational knowledge of C#.NET, JavaScript, and Ajax. This developer should have very strong skills in:

·         SharePont 2010 Object Model Development including Web Part Properties, Timer Jobs, Event Receivers, and Site Object Model ARE required.

·         SharePoint 2010 Development and .NET Development

·         SharePoint 2010 PowerShell Development

·         Visual Studio 2010 Development with Source Control, SharePoint Solution, Feature, and Action development.

·         SharePoint / ASP.NET web configuration and deployment.

·         SharePoint Shared Services including FAST Search or Enterprise Search, Managed Metadata.

·         IIS .NET Module and Handler development.

·         JQuery & JavaScript in the ASP.NET and SharePoint environment

·         The developer should be an expert at writing web parts, assemblies, and other SharePoint objects that leverage the SharePoint site resources and Shared Services like FAST Search and Managed Metadata. 

·         Additional knowledge of SharePoint design patterns, Change Management, and software engineering is desired. Knowledge of K2 BlackPearl integration with SharePoint and development is also desired.  The candidate should be a collaborative team player who is a self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision.

·         The services requested cover the development, source control, unit testing, software and support documentation of the functionality for the following areas:

·         Modifying existing SharePoint Solutions, features, and software.

·         Creating and extending existing solutions with new Solutions, Features, Timer Jobs,  and Custom Workflow.

 

Scope of work

The Public website project needs the addition of SharePoint related software development support.  Document management, workflow, and site features are required for the completion of the project.  A SharePoint .NET developer is needed to supplement the skillset available to the project to complete within the expected time frame.

 

Technical Requirements

 

Where possible, the solution will leverage existing tools currently available at the ISO. The ISO has the following software products available:

Microsoft SharePoint 2010

Web Services Data Services

Visual Studio Professional/Team System

K2 BlackPearl Workflow Server

FAST Search for SharePoint 2010
