Senior C#, .Net Developer

Location: Fairfax, Virginia

Duration6 months

Skill Required   Senior Developer – 5-6 years experience

Skills:

1. Must have deep, hands-on experience with WCF Services using C# as per guidelines

2. Must be have developed complex applications on .NET 3.5 or later, using C#

3. Must have hands-on experience with SQL Server data access methods

4. Must implement unit testing through his code and use test-driven development to increase the quality of his deliverables

5. Must be able to create object models and class diagrams

6. Must be able to develop business logic, validation and security into the application

7. Must have deep experience in designing and implementing object-oriented design and programming to increase the reusability of his .NET assemblies

8. Must be very familiar with and have used Microsoft's 'patterns & practices' to accelerate the development effort.

9. Must have experience mentoring and refactoring solutions of less experienced team members.

10. Ability to design, organize and implement module based programming.

11. Adheres to the project schedule.

12. Reports task status to the project manager as required by the project methodology.
