The skill sets are all pretty much the same. They need strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery experience.
The managers have all stressed that they are NOT looking for a Java Developer. They need someone who is fully focused on the front end technologies. I've pasted a job description below and if you have someone that fits that
description they will probably be a fit for all 7 openings.
Job Description: Responsibilities:
• Develop production level code for our enterprise products using HTML, XML/XSL, JSP/JSF, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Work with UX designer to implement innovative solutions that provide the best user experience.
• Work closely alongside other developers and QA engineers using the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Apply the best design aesthetics under tight deadlines, while effectively managing trade-offs between business needs and customer benefit.
• Implement holistic visual concepts, visual page designs and graphical elements while ensuring a consistent visual presentation across all product-lines.
Qualifications:
• A four-year degree in Computer Science; Computer Information Systems; Industrial Design or related field is required.
• At least 7 years of professional experience designing and implementing interfaces on large-scale projects.
• Expert skill level with AJAX, HTML, JavaScript, DOM, CSS, XML/XSL, JSP/JSF.
• A mastery of web standards and user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of HTML5, jQuery and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of Java.
• Knowledge of and ability to develop with server-side Web technologies like JSPs and Servlets. Knowledge of Struts, JSF and other frameworks a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as on a team.
