JOB:Net developer

Location:TX

Duration:12 month+

 

JOB Decription:

 

* Design and Develop advance next generation contact center applications using .NET to improve operations within all LOBs.
* Develop and deploy mobile contact center applications for iPAD and smartphones with regards to reporting and operations management.
* Enhance existing agent desktop applications to provide advance customization and functionality to agents.
* Manage effectively IPACD application server infrastructure to reduce data-center operation costs and optimal utilization of resources.
* Build new productivity enhancing applications in contact centers that leverage call management systems like IEX, IPACD and Qfiniti.

Required Skills
* Minimum experience of 7 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical field (eg: information systems, computer science).
* Ability to work independently and lead projects from design to deployment.
* Experienced in developing desktop application using .NET technologies
* Microsoft certification for effectively using tools and developing ASP.NET applications (eg: MCTS).
* Developed web-services and server side modules using .NET, WCF
* Developed and managed database applications using MS SQL Server, DB2, Oracle
* Proficient in programming applications using C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET .
* Work effectively with business to understand their objectives and requirements to architect highly scalable solutions.
* Experience with developing mobile applications on iPAD using open source web components like HTML and JSON
* Design, develop and maintain systems and applications using VB Script, HTML and SQL Server."

Desired Skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle tasks independently
