Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE

Description:
Required/Mandatory Skills:
In addition to the normal BA job description the Project Manager has requested the following additional
skillsets and are key measurements for this position over past Business analyst positions:
• Analyst must have experience writing user stories and facilitating discussions to elicit and break down stories when needed.
  Analyst must have experience writing User Acceptance Criteria and User Acceptance Test Cases.
• Analyst must have experience performing User Acceptance Tests
• Analyst must have strong experience in an Agile environment
• Analyst must have experience facilitating use case and process flow discussions and ability to produce output from
   discussions in formats accepted by the team.
• At a minimum, Analyst must have good experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Analyst must have excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server a plus
