• 6+ years of hands on Java/J2EE hands on experience     
• Must have detailed / hands on Framework expertise ( struts and spring )
• Experience with Spring Webflow would be IDEAL
• Able to prioritize well and work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to coordinate with various teams and plan to deliver
