DETAILS:

Position: Sr. Java Programmer

Location: Oakland, CA

Duration: 15 months

Interview: Telephonic

 

Mandatory

·         At least five (5) years' experience as a Software Engineer in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.  

·         At least five (5) years' experience developing software with the Java programming language on Windows and UNIX platforms.  

·         At least five (5) years' experience in software integration and software testing, to include developing and implementing test plans and test scripts.

·         At least  five (5) years' experience with PL/SQL application programming for an Oracle relational database and with Oracle systems development

·         At least five (5) years' experience with Unix platform and developing shell scripts.

·         At least five (5) years' experience automating batch processes between multiple environments.

·         At least five (5) years' experience with code management and release management.

·         Ability to work in a team environment, either as team member or team lead.

·         At least three (3) years' experience with Java development with a working knowledge of Java Data Objects, Java AVP, Oracle database, and JavaScript. 

·         Experience with knowledge transfer and writing detailed documentation.

Desirable

·         At least one major project using medical billing data, ANSI ASC X12 837 and 824 standards and the IAIABC EDI transmission standards for medical billing and FROI SROI.

·         Working knowledge of PERL and UNIX shell scripting.

·         Knowledge of Gentran Server for Windows 5.1 software
