DETAILS:

Position: Sr. Remedy Developer

Location: Duluth, GA

Duration: 3+ months

Interview: Telephonic

Core Technical Skills:

1. Must have 5-6 years of experience in developing/customizing BMC AR Remedy based

applications (version 7.1 and above), Remedy Web Service & Remedy APIs.

2. Good understanding on Oracle Database & SQL Queries, Unix basics, shell scripting &

Web Service Integration.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of ITSM Application/processes, analytics dashboards, business processing

automation. Any Helpdesk Operational/functional knowledge is an added advantage.

2. Knowledge of JSP/JAVA Programming.

Behavioral Skills:

1. Strong understanding of SDLC. Should able to lead solution design, Function/Design

Specs, Test Cases, Review/Inspection process.

2. Effective technical writing and documentation skills.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Strong Interpersonal, presentation & communication Skills, as the project requires

interfacing with various external teams, vendors & stakeholders
