We got a opening for our direct client  ,

ROLE: Biztalk Developer

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration : Long Term

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate an understanding of all elements required to architect, design, build, test, and release for BizTalk environment.

• Able to troubleshoot system problems and perform problem resolution.

• Make modifications to existing BizTalk solutions to accommodate changes and defect resolution.

• Document technical requirements, architecture, design, development and unit testing of new BizTalk solution.

• Develop, test, troubleshoot VB.Net batch programs that is hosted by BizTalk server

• Follow SDLC process when promoting code between environments.

Skills / Competencies:

• Quickly understands the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes, and to develop technical solutions to support the business

   strategy.

• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 as well as 2009/2010 (schemas, mappings, messages, pipeline components, adapters

  orchestrations, business activity monitoring, health and activity tracking, business rules / process management, trading partners etc) and associated

  products

• Must be able to support production systems, respond to emergencies in a timely manner, and provide management with status as appropriate.

• The ability to work in a team environment and to contribute to multiple projects.

• MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist – BizTalk Server 2006) or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Experience and working knowledge of industry "best practices" related to EDI, HIPAA, ICD10, EAI, SOA, messaging, BPM, BAM, and workflow is a plus

• Interpersonal/Communication: articulate and capable of conveying ideas clearly/concisely; sensitive to needs of the audience; ensures the customer,  

  as well as service areas within Technology & Systems are kept informed of plans, status, and current problems/challenges.

Qualification:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology or related field required or

  equivalent experience

Experience:

• 5 years of IT experiences developing web based applications

• 3 years experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006/2009/2010

• 4 years of experience with the following technologies: VB.Net, XML, ASP.Net and SQL Server 2005 or later

• 4 years of experience with development using MS Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010, Team Foundation Server, BizTalk Performance Monitoring Tool,

   and IIS

• 1 year of experience in using HL7 (desired)

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal IT resources, business customers, and vendor partners in a fast paced, demanding  

  environment

• Public sector industry background is a plus
