Job Description:

 

1. Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE with at least 7+ years solid development experience.

2. Ability to analyze, architect and design solution by working closely with client architect/dev team.

3. Able to create UML diagrams & High level Design specification documents

4. Understanding of Database concepts, design DB schema for the applications.

5. Experience in J2EE Dev tools like Eclipse, Source code Analyzers like Ant, Sonar etc..

6. Experience in Source control systems like CVS, Clear Case etc

7. Good exposure to open source tools and frameworks with the ability/interest to evaluate and propose them for the project needs.

8. Offshore coordination experience/expertise to manage a development team of 10-12 members with multiple development projects.

 

 

Education: bachelors

Communication skills: Should Have excellent communication Skills.
