·         Co-ordination with external and internal teams to finding out resolutions to the blockers.

·         Excellent problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills

·         Experience in troubleshooting application and platform faults in large scale online services

·         Experience in automation and Scripting

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Able to communicate to a variety of audiences including engineers, executive management and customers.

·         4-8 years of experience building and managing high volume web services, Windows Server, and virtualization in a complex, high availability environment

·         4-8 years of experience in building and managing scalable networks with a deep understanding of the OSI Model, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, Routing, ACL's, and switching

·         Working knowledge of enterprise routing (BGP) and IP subnetting

·         BE/Btech in Computer Science, math, telecommunications, or equivalent education or experience
