1.  Ensure that the tickets / issues are resolved within the specified timelines thru daily monitoring of the same
2.  Tackle and solve high priority tickets at onsite.
3.  Communicate with customer including providing periodic status report.
4.  Understand and adhere to the ticket routing process as laid down and agreed.
5.  Understand the business requirements for enhancements.
6.  Preparation of Functional Design document/ Technical design documents,  performing setups/configurations for enhancements.
7.  Perform testing of functionality.
8.  Take responsibility and ownership for query/problem/issue resolution, process improvement and fixing the root cause of problems
9.  Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the teams overall objectives
10.  Meet performance objectives relating to turnaround times on problem resolution
11.  Work collaboratively and effectively within a team of peers
12.  Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
13.  Assist when necessary with other support team
