Description:

The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of software design patterns, a clear understanding of web and system security issues and designing for best application performance.

Requirements:

·         MUST Have 3+ years of Ruby on Rails.

·         Professional development experience with Ruby on Rails

·         BS or MS in Computer Science or technical equivalent

·         5+years professional experience

·         3+ years experience performing as a developer using Ruby on Rails

·         Experience with agile development techniques

·         Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby/Rails, Java, NoSQL (MongoDB), Search Engine (MS    

·         FAST)

·         High attention to detail and accuracy

·         Ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines

·         Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle

·         Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department

·         personnel

·         Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

·         Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to

·         complex, time-critical problems

·         Must be a team-player

·         Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
