5. Spring Web Services (SpringWS) with WS security
6. Hibernate with JPA
7. WebLogic Portal 10.3 using IPC
8. Ant for build scripts
9. Eclipse/WebLogic Workshop
10. JUnit for unit test development
11. Hudson build automation tools
12. Oracle SQL
13. Oracle Coherence
14. ClearCase
15. Exp in leading a team of 5-8 resources, allocate tasks and ensure
quality deliverables.
Nice to have:
* WebLogic Portal Administration
* WebLogic LDAP, WebLogic security
* Apache
* Unix shell scripting / Linux
