1. Strong DBA experience (data security, performance tuning and monitoring, capacity planning, etc.). Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS).
2. Data warehousing and BI solutions experience is a must.
3. Strong database development experience (data modeling and analysis, ETL development, T-SQL programming, data reporting)
4. Exposure to .NET technology (C#, VB, etc.) and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008 useful
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to create clear and complete documentation about data and processes

Monitor and Optimize daily database performance 25
Creating and monitor SQL jobs and SSIS packages 20
Creation of indexes for performance 20
Write/rewrite stored procedures or processes for performance 25
Controlling access permissions and privileges 10
Skills Required:
Windows Intermediate 3-5
SQL Server 2008 Intermediate 3-5 1
