Risk & Compliance Project
Designs, implements, analyzes and modifies systems for various applications. Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications. Responsible for interface problem solving. Responsible for gathering analyzing client business requirements in order to indentify and solve problems. Acts as communication liaison between business and IT teams.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

*Responsible for interface problem solving.

*Documents system objectives and prepares system requirements specifications.

* With the upcoming phases being build, test and implementation, the BA will primarily serve as a Test Lead, and will also support implementation activities

*Support – Writing, revising, and verifying quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently

* Recommends testing process improvements or corrections to project technical staff.

*Partner with business operations teams to ensure that user acceptance testing is conducted per specifications.

*Derive and administer all aspects of change management associated with user acceptance testing.

Additional Job Details:
GENERAL SUMMARY: currently searching for a Business Analyst who will support the icurrent state assessment and enterprise rollout of a Compliance & Risk management solution. This person would also contribute in the development of enterprise level GRC requirements to support architecture and design efforts. This role will also support assessments of the current state processes and evaluate the company's current enterprise GRC point solutions and document recommendations for optimizing the performance of the solution while working in a collaborative and multi-vendor project environment. JOB SPECIFICATIONS * 10+ years of experience - need someone who specifically has a Cyber Security risk managementt background, combined with implementation experience. *Ability to partner with external and internal teams. Candidate must have 3+ years of Project/Program/Portfolio Management experience, so that they are conversant and experienced in the subject matter and can quickly gain the needed credibility with the business. *Tactical: detail oriented / forms decisions based on data driven fact. *Risk Management: appreciation for and strong implementation of project risk management in the effort to identify potential problems and develop plans to prevent problems from occurring. *Issue Management: ability to clearly identify issues and leverage as a mechanism for effective escalation to management to aid in resolution. *Communication Management / Status Reporting: ability to effectively synthesize actual results relative to plan performance, including ability to understand and communicate effects of open risks, issues, and project changes against the plan to provide clear assessment of project status against triple constraints (cost, schedule, and scope – in turn overall status). *People Leadership / Motivating Others: ability to coordinate matrixed, cross functional, multi-vendor teams and motivate team members to deliver best in class results. Must have ability to identify and play to team members' strengths. *Problem Management / Escalation: understands how to utilize escalation to raise issues / problems to the attention of others that can help remove obstacles and clear road blocks impacting team performance. Escalates when appropriate, i.e., prior to escalation has exhausted options to resolve problem through means available.
