Minimum Requirements:

 

·         Creating HIPAA 5010 compliant transactions using MS BizTalk Server

·         Experience in developing Web application and data exchange services using ASP.Net,                                                         C#, Oracle, WCF/Web Services, SOA

·         Experience with UI design using Visual Studio 2010/2008

·         Experience with XML, EDI, HL7, and HIPAA transactions

·         Experience with .Net development using enterprise level architecture

·         Experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (ClearCase or TFS)

·         Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing
