Immediate Need: "Oracle HCM Functional Consultant" in Sacramento, CA
Duration: 9 Months
Job Description:
• Provides solid business-related and Oracle E-Business knowledge to clients
• Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager and Engagement Manager
• Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients
• Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize implementation methodology
• Assists team with all aspects of implementation and upgrade
• Provides functional support, creates documentation, debugs system to resolve issues, and supports various processing requirements
Required Oracle E-Business Skills:
• Solid understanding and work experience as a functional lead with one or more of the following Oracle Human Capital Management modules:
o iRecruitment
o Human Resources
o Payroll
o Advanced Benefits
o Self Service applications
• Must have 5 years plus of hands-on Oracle E-Business experience
• Experience with E-Business Suite R12
• Proven experience with at least 3-5 full life cycle implementations/upgrades
