We currently have a Long Contracting opportunity for a Data Analyst with our client located in Washington, DC.

Data Analyst
In this role, you will work with teams to analyze data, compile reports and prepare recommendations to management. The role will work to improve reporting disciplines within this rapidly evolving organization.
Responsibilities:
· timely preparation dashboards and reports on behalf of the management and in coordination with the support teams.
· gather data as defined and prepare scorecard reports for senior management to capture the performance of the projects.
· Support various tactical analysis
· Provide monthly actual reporting to business leaders and functional groups including analysis on variances
· Present reports on a monthly basis. Presentation can be in forms of visual, dashboards, graphs, HTML, PPT, excel, etc.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Undergraduate degree in Computer Systems
· Capacity to understand, analyze and summarize data in a clear concise manner.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills necessary for collaborating with internal stakeholders and Technical specialists.
· Ability to work in a team-spirited, collaborative environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent analytical skills
· Worked with KPIs/Metrics would be nice.
