DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Program Manager for the EUC Lighthouse program. 

The program is designed to identify high-potential Enterprise customers and interface with them in order to accelerate customer value realization and EUC product adoption, and to help drive best practices and lessons learned developed at these accounts into the hands of the Field and partners.

 

The EUC Lighthouse Program Manager has ultimate responsibility for the success of the program; from developing strategies that result in active customer participation to building and managing internal processes and technologies that will support program operations. The position involves extensive coordination and communication with customers and representatives of R&D, Marketing, Field, and Alliances organizations.

 

The Lighthouse Program has many direct and indirect benefits, the successful realization of which depends on the Lighthouse Program Manager. 

The direct benefits of the program are firsthand value realized by the Lighthouse customers in the program as they deploy and use EUC technology and subsequently increase their investment through buying more licenses and renewing their S&S contracts. The indirect benefits come from Reference Implementation Studies that are used by the  Field and partner organizations to drive sales through reference selling; discussing business problems and challenges solved successfully and the value realized using the client's technology. 

The Lighthouse Program is also fertile ground to develop EUC deployment and operational best practices, which must be first codified and shared among other Lighthouse accounts and then driven out to the Field and the Desktop Focus partner community through enablement scoped and coordinated by the Lighthouse Program Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Create and maintain key metrics for tracking progress and influence of the EUC Lighthouse Program.

Develop and communicate program processes and procedures to all stakeholders. 

Project manage development and publication of Reference Implementation Studies. 

Project manage codifying EUC best practices and lessons learned and driving adoption of these practices across LH accounts

Coordinate ongoing Lighthouse enablement activities with customers and field teams

Recruit internal and external program participants. 

Execute program to meet the objectives defined by the charter. 

Manage key cross-functional projects to improve program management processes. 

Implement techniques to improve efficiency, ensure deliverables are on time and within budget, resolve issues and achieve cost savings.

Develop and manage internal customer relationships, project plans and resources.

Scoping needs for enablement. 

Measure and report progress against team and corporate goals.
