Duration: 12 months.

Resource will support our existing 11i Oracle Service system. Resource will work with business on production support issues, will coordinate migration of fixes/enhancements to production. Resource will work with business in understanding their processes and requirements for changes to the system. Resource will be responsible for writing business requirement documents, coordinate with IT teams on developing and testing the fixes, supporting fixes in production. Resource will be responsible to support complex interfaces between SAP and Oracle 1i systems

Skills required: Deep understanding of Oracle Service Contracts module. Technical and business knowledge of Service Contracts is important. Excellent communication skills. Past experience working with Oracle ERP systems preferably Contracts, experience in writing business requirement documents. Knowledge of SAP preferable. Good analytical skills, understanding of business processes, technical knowledge to support development team will be critical to the success of the role.
