Job Description
 
Must Have Skills:
 
PeopleSoft Functional consultant with a minimum of 6 years of functional consulting experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
In depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1.
Experienced in implementation of at least 2 the following modules:
eDevelopment
ePerformance
Succession Planning
Profile Management
Should be able to conduct in-depth workshops, demo sessions & requirement gathering meetings on his/her modules.
Should be able to perform detailed fit-gap analysis and identify requirement gaps for each business process.
Should be able to carry out system impact analysis with respect to the proposed gap resolution options.
Knowledge about 'SuccessFactor' is a plus.
