Job Description
Must Have Skill :
Strong Database knowledge in SQL Server with Integration services
Clean and clear analytical skills, with a focus on critical thinking
Ability to probe and get answers for questions
Expose the various possible scenarios to derive the possibility of occurrence
Need to confidently work with business directly
Comfort in meeting different teams in a cross functional environment
Self motivator who is able to multi task and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
Write good technical documentation
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
Overall 4-6 Years IT experience.
Effective presentation skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Job Roles/Responsibilities :
Prepare System design documents
Meet with business, trading partners and other teams to ensure that the design captures all the requirements.
Work on the technical development to ensure that the design translates into functioning code.
Hands on source to target mapping.
Ask questions and expose all possible scenarios to ensure that no stone is unturned in the process.
Self motivate to manage and meet all deliverables
Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects handing multiple components at once.
Thorough knowledge on how the component built solves for the business issues.
Participate in unit test of the components being built.
Support the readiness teams and provide test support during test phases.
Review and provide comments on the test scripts and ensure that the maximum test coverage is achieved during the testing phases.
Ability to follow up and ensure a closure on all follow ups.
Prepare and distribute meeting notes.
Perform efficiently and honestly.
Good team player, who is able to lead his team and bring out the best in them.
Ability to stretch and work extended hours (weekend and weekday nights) as required to meet the timelines of the project.
