Client Facing Technology team in New York City intends to hire an exceptionally talented UI/JAVA developer for the Sales Analytics Application Development team.

This role primarily involves Java and HTML, JavaScript, Flex and development.

Sales Analytics team delivers productivity and analytics web applications for salespeople, traders, sales leadership, and supporting COO teams. We support a large group of business users who care greatly about the application and user interface.

Main Function

Assist with the design and development of web based sales analytics applications to help the firm meet the new regulatory requirements. Participate in full project life cycle from design till delivery and provide 3rd level of support for the application there after Interface with Project managers and Business analysts to analyze requirements and deliver solutions Work in a fast-paced, agile environment to produce quality and timely solutions.

Requirements Must Have:

Excellent User Interface development skills using HTML, JavaScript, Flex

Excellent Flex development experience with BlazeDS

Experience with Ant

Experience with JavaScript frameworks like ExtJS/YUI

Excellent J2EE development experience with in-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework

Basic understanding of SQL and experience with SQL Server 2005/2008

Experience working in fast paced, agile development environment

Collaborative team-work approach, good work ethics

Good analytical skills and creative thinking skills, quick learner

Good communication and organization skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with JUnit

Experience with Parsley framework

Experience with Continuous Integration (CruiseControl)

Understanding of OLAP / SQL Server Analysis services
