Job Description:

·         Java, J2ee, spring, Hibernate.

·         The candidate should be pretty strong in spring.

·         Spring – basics – spring core, bean scopes, dependency injection – setter injection/constructor injection, spring-jdbc. Other questions based on spring modules mentioned in resume

·         Web – Filters, Listeners, session management(in particular how JSESSIONID is used) , web servers/app servers(that are mentioned in the resume)

·         Java – Threading, Collections, basic OOP concepts

·         Gang of four design patterns – basic patterns(Singleton in particular)

·         Web services – WSDL, any framework that might be in the resume(like AXIS, CXF etc)

·         Excellent communication skills are must.
