Job Title : Java Web Developer
Location : Tempe, AZ
Duration : Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:
Application design and development in an object-oriented framework.
Understand and contribute to a large existing codebase, including new features, refactoring and debugging.
Identify and solve technical problems
Implement complex requirements and work with a deep dependency chain
Plan and prioritize work for large projects into phased deliverables
Communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of solid object-oriented language experience (Java, C++)
Experience in object-oriented design and problem solving
Experience with web services stack; REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, MySQL/Oracle
Experience with Javascript, jQuery, Flex/Flash is highly desirable.
Experience with Linux - Centos preferred.
Learns new languages, skills, and technologies quickly, with minimal guidance
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Familiar with web standards and protocols - HTML, Cookies, HTTP, SOAP, REST
Familiarity with Perl (optional)
