·         Siebel Overall: Architecture, landscape, data model, processes, clients, EAI
·         Siebel 8.* and Siebel 7.* knowledge
·         Siebel Configuration, business process automation, EAI
·         CTI and IVR
 
Responsibilities 
·         Technical Design
·         Development
·         Configuration Management experience would be good to have
·         Should be able to work with solution architect to convert high level design into low level design and coordinate with team
·         Excellent Communication Skills
·         Team Motivator
