Job Description:
Must have skills:
Experience with Siebel CRM.
Experience with configuring Siebel Tools and eScript.
Experience writing SQL, PL/SQL.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Essential Responsibilities
Adhere to best practices for standards for design, coding, documentation and security.
Effectively communicate design and development issues to Technical Lead/Architect and work toward resolutions in a timely manner.
Develop and test Siebel solutions (configuration, data conversions and/or integrations) to address business requirements.
Support in System, Integration, Validation and User Acceptance test cycles while troubleshooting and resolving issues found during test cycles.
Work with the Project Manager to stay on schedule and in scope, raise and help resolve issues and risks, and accurately represent project status.
Work with DBA to resolve database related issues.
Execute assigned deployment activities.
Participate in code review sessions and demos.
Maintain and Support production Siebel application and work with Siebel support to resolve open issues.
Comply with application release management, outage management and change control processes and standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an IT related area or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of Experience delivering quality Siebel CRM solutions.
Experience delivering two + full life cycle implementation.
Experience with Siebel Configuration; Business Components, Views, Applets, Roles & Responsibilities, Workflow, eScript, SmartScript.
Experience with event driven Configuration, such as Workflow Policies and Run-time Events.
Working understanding of Siebel Development process, architecture, and data model.
Working knowledge of database technologies and relational database concepts.
Desired
Siebel Certified Consultant
Experience integrating Siebel with other applications. Exposure to EAI, EIM, integration objects, integration error handling, EBC, VBC, Business Services and Web Services and integration concepts (real-time, batch, sync/async).
Experience with web service configuration for both subscribing to external web services and exposing Siebel business layer objects as web services.
Experience with configuring Workflows and Assignment Manager.
Experience with SQL Loader.
Experience with installation and administration of Siebel servers.
Experience in estimating level of effort and complexity of requirements.
Experience with hands-on custom software development, code reviews and technical design.
Experience with OBIEE (Siebel Analytics) & CTI is plus.
Exposure to Siebel UCM or any other MDM packaged solution.
Familiarity with core technology areas such as .Net, J2EE, Windows/Unix shell scripting, operating systems, and network administration etc.
Experience with Oracle & MS SQL Server RDBMS.
Experience with Right Fax integration with Siebel.
Experience working in FDA regulated environment.
Experience with Pharmaceutical business process.
