Skill1 - Retail (L1) Aware of the work flow and business processes of retail domain. Capable ofunderstanding basic terminology used in Retail business.
Skill2 - Application Testing (L2) Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, applyand maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and executessoftware test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modificationof software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality andrecommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers inresolution of problems. Works on problems of relatively complex scope, throughgeneral usage of standard programming concepts and principles and applicationof own judgment. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broadsupervision/ guidance. Expected to further build upon domain knowledge andtechnical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise. May guide newmembers in the team to help them scale up faster.
