Role: ASP Technical Lead

Duration: 1.5 years

Location: Irvine, CA

 

**Notes: If their classic ASP experience is older that's ok.  They have to have a great personality with strong communications skills.  Preferably managed multiple projects outside of ASP; this includes C#, .Net, Linux or Unix.

 

They are starting a long term project to rebuild their current web platform. The technical lead will be responsible for production support for the current web platform. This person will work closely with Project Managers and the technical team. The majority of the projects will be small enough that this person will be responsible for scoping those themselves. The lead will also be responsible for the work of a team of 2 onsite and about 6 offshore developers.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

-

6+ years of Classic ASP development experience

-2-3+ years of technical lead experience leading teams of 3+ developers

-Solid development experience with HTML, Javascript, Jquery, and asp.net.

-Experience with T-SQL

-Strong understanding of the SDLC

 

 

Bonus Skills:

-Agile development methodology
