Roles & Responsibilities	:	·        Responsible for Project Planning, Estimation and deliveries of the artifacts. ·        Responsible for design, development, unit testing and maintenance. ·        Responsible for production support. ·        Responsible for managing offshore team of 8-9 JAVA developers. ·        Responsible for writing UNIX scripts to automate build and deployment process. ·        Responsible for production and test deployments. ·        Responsible for debugging the application for any technical challenges. ·        Responsible for understanding the business requirements and attending the specification meetings/QA meetings/release meetings.
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning, Ability to lead offshore team.
