Title: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Federal Way, WA
Duration: Long term ( 6 - 12 months)

Job Description: Interact with business customers to establish business process requirements and/or business system requirements. Transform functional support/delivery requirements into business analysis model and produce functional specifications, test plans, and spot solution production support.
Technical Skill set and desired experience:
Enterprise CRM systems (Oracle/Telesales a plus).
Business process documentation
Business requirements definition and documentation (proven experience to work with customers on this)
Test plan development and coordination
Change management coordination and communication
Coordination and testing with developer to ensure solution meets requirements
Coordination of System integration and user acceptance testing
Other experience that demonstrates expertise in the Duties listed above.
Soft Skill set:
Extroverted and pleasant demeanor, patient and willing/eager to listen to customers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
