Role : Security Metrics Technical Programmer/ Analyst
Mandatory Technical Skills :
A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in programming, data structures, algorithms, and RDBMS.
* 2+ years of software development, proficient in scripting languages, SQL, web development.
* Programming experience in Perl, Python, shell scripting.
* Thorough understanding of relational database design and tuning
* Proficient in Unix/Linux
* Strong problem resolution/analytical skills required to understand complex system interactions.
* Strong work prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.
* Strong listening, communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
* Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
Desirable Functional Skills
* Strong Understanding of information security concepts, principles and standards
* Practical experience with Tableau software or similar metric development and publication software.
* Ability to analyze data and metrics to detect underlying trends and patterns.
* Experience in data mining and the analysis of large data sets.
Total Experience Required: 4+ years
