 Responsibilities for Businesss Analyst 
•Kronos Work Force 5.0 Application Production Support
•Act as a Primary contact for business end users.

•Responding to issues and following up with customers on a timely manner with solutions

•Notify the appropriate IT Area after identifying the issue and work with internal teams to provide solutions in a timely manner

•Work with IT Teams in providing solution to Production Support Issues

•Production Incident Management and Documentation

•Manage and Improve System Performance

•Document and Manager System Configuration and Changes

•Work on special projects as required


The candidate should have the following skills and experience:

•Strong knowledge of Kronos Technical and Application Architecture
•Strong experience and experience with Kronos Work Force Central, 5.0+ preferable
•Strong knowledge of WFC Data Models
•Strong experience with Workforce Connect
•Files and Folder Structure of Workforce Connect
•Workforce Connect Runtime Utility
•Variables and Calculations
•Lookup Tables
•Kronos Sources and Outputs
•Processing Order of Workforce Connect
•Multi Step Interfaces
•Batch Processing for Output files
•Imports
•Exceptional SQL skills (Oracle preferred)
•Strong knowledge of Kronos' interaction with its corresponding HR/Payroll system(s)
• Strong familiarity with:
•Labor Levels
•Labor Accounts
•Pay Codes
•Work Rules
•Holiday and Overtime Rules
•Wage Calculations
•Access Profiles
•Display Profiles
•Accruals
•Accrual Profiles
•Email and Workflow Notifications
•Exposure to Record Manager
•Strong familiarity with Kronos API and XML
•Understanding of Data Collection Manger Setup, Configuration and Troubleshooting
•Configuring, Initialize, and Update Terminals
•Configure, Troubleshoot Pay Code Edits, Totals, Account and Job Transfers
•DCM Event Manager
•Use DCM Log Files for Troubleshooting
•Resubmitting/Deleting Invalid Transactions
•Create and Troubleshoot HyperFind Queries
•Create and Troubleshoot Genies
•Create and Troubleshoot Report Engines and Reports
•Work with Business and Development Team in improving and tuning Reports/Queries
•Troubleshoot Problems
•Review the system information to check the current status
•Review the log files
•Review reports on system settings
•General Project Management skills
•Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – written and oral
•Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
